She is recognized for her provocative and emotive style, blending electronic music with raw lyricism while advocating for social justice and artistic freedom in the music industry. Alice wears the Big Brim Velvet Fedora and Floating Black Velvet Crystal Brim for the June 2021 issue of Schön! Magazine. Photographed by Hadriel Gonzalez, with styling by Britton Litow, and hair and makeup by Calvin Chan, this editorial delves deep into Glass’s musicianship with photos that reflect her incredible artistic vision.

In her interview with Schön! Magazine, Alice Glass delves into her journey as a musician and her evolving artistic vision. Known for her provocative and genre-defying music, Glass reflects on her solo career following her departure from the band Crystal Castles. She discusses the challenges and freedoms of creating music independently, emphasizing the empowerment she finds in taking control of her artistic direction. Glass also explores the themes of vulnerability and resilience in her work, highlighting how her personal experiences shape her raw and emotive songwriting style. Throughout the interview, she expresses a commitment to authenticity and self-expression, using her platform to advocate for social justice and inclusivity within the music industry.

The interview further explores Glass's creative process and influences, revealing her experimental approach to blending electronic beats with poignant lyricism. She shares insights into her latest projects and collaborations, illustrating her ongoing evolution as an artist who continually challenges conventions and pushes artistic boundaries. Glass’s narrative in the interview encapsulates her artistic growth and determination to forge a path that embraces both artistic integrity and social advocacy, making her a formidable presence in contemporary music and cultural discourse.

The Big Brim Velvet Fedora and Floating Black Velvet Crystal Brim are the perfect headpieces for this cutting edge artist with their bold shapes and unique designs. The Big Brim Velvet Fedora creates a bold shape that plays on a classic hat style. In the editorial Britton Litow styled this piece with an incredible tent dress that is avant garde and architectural. The fedora compliments this with its equally structured design and black velvet. The Floating Black Velvet Crystal Brim is seen on Glass in a closeup where she also wears a crystal mesh face covering. The open brim creates an unusual and eye-catching visual interest, shrouding Glass in mystery with a touch of sparkle. Both hats compliment the overall feeling of the editorial as well as Alice Glass’s edgy and unique style.

In the context of Alice Glass's style, characterized by its provocative and emotive nature, the Sarah Sokol Millinery hats serve as more than mere accessories; they become integral elements that amplify her distinct expression. Their dramatic silhouettes and bold designs complement Glass's penchant for bold fashion choices and align seamlessly with her commitment to artistic authenticity. By incorporating these hats into the editorial, Glass and the stylistic team effectively convey a narrative of artistic independence and bold self-expression, reinforcing Glass's reputation as an influential figure in music and fashion who champions individuality and creative freedom.
