Customized or personalized hats.

Hats that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

Items bought during clearance or final sale events.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will give you instructions for returning the item using our prepaid shipping label.

Note: The prepaid shipping label is only for eligible returns within the return period.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the return process and inform our customer service team that you want an exchange.

Avoid Folding: Do not fold or crush for extended periods. This can cause creases.

Travel: Use a hat box or protective hat carrier to maintain shape during travel.

Hand Wash: Use cold water and a gentle wool detergent. Avoid wringing or squeezing.

Air Dry: Gently press out water and dry flat to avoid damaging fibers.

For heavily soiled or stained hats, professional cleaning is recommended, especially for delicate fabrics.
