Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is not part of our non-returnable items list (see below for details).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Hats that have been customized or personalized.
- Hats that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
Return Shipping
We offer free returns on eligible items within the specified return period. Simply follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at orders@doodleverseclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item using our prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and let out customer service team know you would like to make an exchange.
