Purchasing Gift Cards:

  • Doodleverse gift cards can be purchased online through our website.
  • Gift cards are available in various denominations to accommodate different budgets and preferences.
  • Upon purchase, gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the purchaser or directly to the recipient, along with instructions on how to redeem them.

Redeeming Gift Cards:

  • To redeem a Doodleverse gift card, simply enter the unique code provided in the gift card email during the checkout process.
  • Gift cards can be used towards the purchase of any eligible products available on our website, including merchandise, digital downloads, and services.
  • If the total order amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be paid using a credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods.

Gift Card Balance:

  • Gift card balances can be checked at any time by entering the gift card code on our website's gift card balance inquiry page.
  • Gift card balances do not expire and can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is depleted.

Gift Card Restrictions:

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is not part of our non-returnable items list (see below for details).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Hats that have been customized or personalized.
  • Hats that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

Return Shipping

We offer free returns on eligible items within the specified return period. Simply follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at orders@doodleverseclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item using our prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges
