The item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item is not part of our non-returnable items list (see below for details).

Hats that have been customized or personalized.
Hats that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

Return Shipping

We offer free returns on eligible items within the specified return period. Simply follow these steps to initiate a return:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item using our prepaid shipping label.
