Processing Time

Our team strives to process and ship orders promptly to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Please note the following processing timeframes for orders:

• Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within [3] business days after payment confirmation.
• Expedited Processing: For expedited orders, our team prioritizes processing to ensure swift shipment. Expedited orders are usually processed and shipped within  [36]  hours after payment confirmation.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is not part of our non-returnable items list (see below for details).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Hats that have been customized or personalized.
• Hats that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

Return Shipping

We offer free returns on eligible items within the specified return period. Simply follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at orders@doodleverseclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item using our prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and let out customer service team know you would like to make an exchange.
